How do these toilets ship?

Every order ships via LTL freight. Freight is free on orders over $999; orders under $999 include a freight fee calculated at checkout. Delivery is to the curbside; liftgate or inside / room-of-choice delivery may be available for an extra fee depending on the carrier and your location — just ask before you order.

What is an integrated or smart bidet toilet?

An integrated (smart) toilet combines the bowl and an electronic bidet seat into one unit — a heated seat, warm-water wash, warm-air dryer, deodorizer and hands-free flushing. TOTO Neorest, Axent, Trone, Studio LUX and Icera iWash are all integrated models.

Do wall-hung toilets need an in-wall carrier and flush plate?

Yes. A wall-hung toilet mounts to an in-wall carrier/tank system and is operated with a flush plate (actuator). Some configurations include the carrier; others require it separately — contact us and we'll confirm the right pairing.
